It's tea time

Uwaga-dzisiejszy projekt  bedzie z duza iloscia zdjec:) Zaczne moze od nich a potem opowiem Wam szczegoly.
Today's post will contain many photos. let's get them out of the way, then below you will find some more details :)

Jest to pudeleczko na herbate, ktore ozdobilam, wykorzystujac kolory palety TCR #126

It's a small tea box, which I decorated according to colour palette TCR #126.

Pudelko oryginalnie bylo pokryte zielonym papierem w intensywnym kolorze, ktory rozbielilam distress stain Picket Fence a na brzegach bialym dabberem. Dodalam tez wzor w tle, uzywajac pasty strukturalnej i damaskowej maski Crafter's Workshop oraz dokleilam kilka kawaleczkow tasmy TH . Tasme uzylam tez do oklejenia krawedzi wewnetrznej czesci pudelka, ktora oryginalnie byla oklejona brzydka zlota tasma.
Kompozycja na wieczku zrobiona z ramki TA , gazy, dratwy i kwiatow, dorzucilam tez malenki chipboard wlasnej roboty - stempel Prima odbity na tekturce. A zegar to fragment starego naszyjnika, na ktory nakleilam papierowa tarcze pokryta crackle paint.
Pozdrawiam cieplo i dziekuje za wszystkie przemile, cieple komentarze!!! Szczegolnie cieplo witam nowe twarze :)

The box was oryginally emerald green and contained rose tea from China :)
I started with whitewashing the bright green with few layers of distress stain Picket Fence and white acrylic dabber on the edges.
Then added some pattern , using a stencil technique (CW damask mask and structure paste)
On the sides a few strips of TH tissue tape. The same tape I used for the edge of the inside part, which was a plain cardboard after I took away a bit of tacky gold tape which was there before.
The arrangement on the cover is made of flowers, white string and gauze around a lovely frame from TA. I even used some stamps- that's for example a small tea pot from Prima set which I stamped on the white beermat and cut out.
Finally my own made clock charm- it's a part of an old necklace, the paper watch adhered to it and covered with crackle paint :)
Thanks for stopping by and a warm welcome to some new visitors! Happy to have you here :)))

That's beautiful! I can't resolve myself to do something with this color challenge, but your tea box is just perfect!
